This Saturday I will be speaking at a global leadership program for California youth. I’m nervous and very excited for this opportunity.
While I have spoken to high school and college students before about goal setting and making it in the industry all with a motivational spin, this is my first full motivational speech that I will be giving.
In preparation for the speech I have thought a lot about high school, college and leadership. Through research and reflection, I have found that characteristics for being a good leader are characteristics for being a good person and living a good life…but that could just be my perspective. To kick of the week and get the leadership energy flowing with a quote on leadership.
