Mindful Monday #42 – Your Purpose
Do you meditate?
I do. I first learned to meditate about six years ago. It wasn’t until last year, that I set the goal to meditate daily. I meditated successfully, every day for 20min for five months straight. I felt the difference, so much that I feel the difference when I don’t meditate. I have been lacking in meditation this year, and this year is the year that I need it because of my choice to make my “Leap of Faith”. To get back into the meditation grind I have done Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s 21 Day Meditation. I am not even doing the program daily like it is recommended. Sigh.
In one of the meditations a line of wisdom came up that has served as a mantra for me and has helped me keep my perspective. I want to share that wisdom with you to serve as your mantra this week to help guide, strengthen or push you.
