Happy Monday! I’m back in Los Angeles. I’m ready to write more reflections posts about what I have learned and how my life has changed since I took my leap of faith. For this weeks Mindful Monday life is as simple as asking the following question: Are You Happy? The perceived challenge to this question is the honest answer. If your answer points to “Change Something” the next perceived challenging is the steps needed to actually change whatever in your life makes you unhappy.
