Mindful Monday #65 – The Future

We have two weeks left with the youth that I am working with for Awaken Arts. This weeks theme is the future. We will spend this weekend working on setting goals, which is one of my favorite activities. There are so many wonderful quotes that I have memorized about the future.  While those quotes are inspiring, I know that many people need an extra nudge to know that the simple choices we make in the present moment can have a big impact on our future. What step can you make today, that your future self will thank you for?  Happy Monday!
