My work week shifts this week and shakes up my weekly rituals which includes my designated writing time. There are benefits to this shift since I will be able to attend yoga on Monday and a sound bath on Tuesday. And next Monday, I will be able to celebrate my Birthday on my actual birth date.
I’m looking forward to setting intentions next Monday and using the day in reflection and gratitude. In preparation for Friday’s post, this weeks Mindful Monday will lead the way. Anything that you want in life, can be yours if you take the necessary steps towards what you desire. Chip away, each day at your vision and before you know it you are living fully the life that you imaged for yourself.
