These past two weeks I have caught up with a few friends and mentors who I have not seen in months, years or almost a decade.

Good friendships that picks up where they left off are the best. Yesterday, while having coffee with a friend, I realized I am thankful for good conversations. My friend and I walked each other through our years and it was within that conversation that we were able to work through realizations that were having as a result of our conversation. Plus, when we didn’t understand what the other person was saying, we clarified for understanding. I don’t know what life is like without meaningful friendships and conversations, but I cherish their presence in my life.
I hope you have one or several good friends to call on who help nurture you through a simple, but meaningful conversation.
