I’m back in Los Angeles! I kicked off my new year this past weekend with one of my intentions for the year: Honor Your Body.
I took a four hour yoga class, which was everything I needed to start off the year and my intention. We did yoga, meditation, an out door walking meditation, journaled and did a group share.
The intention/ focus for the class was trust. What is your definition of trust? Can most people be trusted? Who do you trust? Do you trust yourself?
As I shared my answers to the group I realized I trust more now that I have in my whole life. I wasn’t raised to trust, I was betrayed in college, yet I found myself in a place where I trust others.
My trust isn’t blind. I see people clearly, and I trust what I see within their actions, words, relationships, what is said, not said and how it is said.
Above all, I have learned to trust the universe and through that trust I have learned to trust myself and my intuition.
What is your definition of trust? Can most people be trusted? Who do you trust? Do you trust yourself?
On this Mindful Monday think about your relationship with trust. Consider what your life and relationships would be like if you trusted more. What would your life be like if you trusted yourself, your intuition and instincts more?
Please share your realizations and findings below.
