Today’s tune is a song that is newer to me.

It was by chance that I heard it on Spotify. I still don’t know how the song came through my playlist, but it grabbed me was the catchy beat.

Since, the song has captivated me was the lyrics.

This song is a Christian song, and it speaks to what we know deep in our hearts matters at the end of each day and the end of our lives.

“Stand face to face with the younger me. All of the mistakes, all of the heartbreak, hears what I’d do differently.”

Each lyric serve as a mantra of motivation and courage from “love like you are not scared” to “speak out for freedom.”

With the recent struggles in our community that is the United States, I have this song on repeat a lot. I have even posted lyrics of the song for my daily mindfulness quotes on Instagram.

Today’s song is call “Fix My Eyes on You” and it’s sung by For King and Country.
